1. Current sales status
At the effective date above, Stonefern’s public website does not offer a paid checkout flow. Disk Insight, Network Repair, PC Repair, DeskLink, AudioLink, StreamLink, and Subtitle & Audio Cleanup are currently distributed without charge; DeskLink, AudioLink, StreamLink, and Subtitle & Audio Cleanup are labeled public beta releases.
2. Future paid products
Before a paid purchase is completed, Stonefern intends to display the applicable price, license scope, billing frequency if any, taxes or fees where applicable, refund/cancellation rules, and any product-specific purchase terms.
3. Refund policy when commerce launches
A product-specific checkout or order page may establish a refund period or other remedy. Where mandatory consumer law provides greater rights, those rights control. Stonefern will not use this page to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Payment processors
If paid checkout is enabled, Stonefern may use a third-party payment processor. The processor’s privacy and payment terms will apply to information it processes. Stonefern intends not to store full payment-card numbers itself.
